This pandemic is very scary. Flight attendants are considered essential employees, therefore I am still going into work. Even if you aren’t working right now, chances are you still have to go out in public to get groceries and other items you need. Wearing a face mask and gloves plus staying 6 feet away from people and frequently washing your hands are some of the best ways you can protect yourself from any sickness. For those who want to boost your immune system for extra protection, these are some products I have found that may help.

Vitamin-C
Vitamin-C has a lot of benefits, including boosting immunity. It is involved in many parts of the immune system.
Elderberry
According to WebMD “The berries and flowers of elderberry are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system. They can help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. Some experts recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.”
Ginger and Turmeric
There have been many studies on the health benefits of ginger.
