5 Ingredient Healthy Quinoa Bowl

1/4 cup (uncooked) Quinoa

1/4 cup Feta Cheese

2 Large Eggs

1/2 Avocado

1/2 Tomato



Step 1: Cook the quinoa (for 1/4 cup quinoa, I use 1/2 cup water)

Step 2: Poach the eggs

This is what I use to poach eggs perfectly at home:

Step 3: Slice the avocado and tomato

Step 4: Add all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
