The Best Exercise Equipment to Travel with

I’ve been trying to eat higher protein lately. Here is a list of some of my favorite foods to bring with me on my travels.

1. Protein Bars

My favorite are RX Bars. They’re healthy and made with all natural ingredients.

RXBAR Whole Food Protein Bars 8 Flavor Variety Pack, 1.83 Ounce (Pack of 16)

2. Nut Butter / PB2

Justin’s is the best nut butter brand to travel with, since it comes in small packages.

If you want something with less fat but still a lot of protein, try PB2! I portion the powder in bags and mix it with oatmeal.

  1. Great snack ideas! I will definitely be trying some of them. Even though I don’t travel by air very much, I think these would be great to have with you in the car.
