Always remember to double check if the meal is truly vegan – things can contain dairy or egg without it being obvious! And always ask for **no cheese**

-Potato Leek Soup
-French Onion Soup
(I doubt the Potato Leek is vegan, but the French Onion soup likely is. Ask your waiter before ordering!)

Quinoa Salad with Chilled Green Beans, Potatoes, Olives, Roasted Bell Peppers, Golden Beets and Tomatoes.
Dinner:
-Layered Ratatouille
Oven-baked Zucchini, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Caramelized Onions sliced and layered on Quinoa served with a Bell Pepper Sauce
