I found all of this information at Disney World’s website.

Always remember to double check if the meal is truly vegan – things can contain dairy or egg without it being obvious! And always ask for **no cheese**

Disney LOVES to put cheese on everything!!!

They have 2 vegetarian soup options:

-Potato Leek Soup

-French Onion Soup

(I doubt the Potato Leek is vegan, but the French Onion soup likely is. Ask your waiter before ordering!)

Lunch:

-Quinoa Salad 

Quinoa Salad with Chilled Green Beans, Potatoes, Olives, Roasted Bell Peppers, Golden Beets and Tomatoes.

Dinner:

-Layered Ratatouille 

Oven-baked Zucchini, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Caramelized Onions sliced and layered on Quinoa served with a Bell Pepper Sauce

-this does not say anything about cheese, but I would double check.

Cinderella’s Royal Table:

Portobello Mushroom, Seared Tofu, and a Charred Tomato Vinaigrette

Dessert:

-Lemon Sorbet

From the depths of the Jungle…Skipper Bill’s Iceberg Wedge with Shishito Peppers, Radish, Hearts of Palm, Cucumbers, and Pistachios with an Ají Pepper-Yogurt Dressing

-Falls Family Falafel 

A secret recipe of Chickpeas, Garlic, Onions, Lemon Juice, and Herbs served with House-made Edamame Hummus and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

a favorite of the Crew Stew Crew (especially Stu). Seasonal Vegetables and pineapple Tofu in a House-made Curry Sauce served with Coconut Rice

Chicken, Tofu, Seasonal Vegetables, and Rice Noodles tossed in a Spicy Soy-Chili Garlic Sauce. A favorite of our friend Pamelia Perkins, President of the Adventurers Club

Yellow Rice topped with Black Beans and Roasted Vegetables
